Siamo una startup italiana innovativa in forte crescita e siamo alla ricerca di un AI Security Researcher / Architect che voglia contribuare alla definizione e all'evoluzione delle strategie di sicurezza applicate ai sistemi di Intelligenza Artificiale.
Responsabilità principali
Definire strategie e framework di sicurezza per sistemi basati su Artificial Intelligence e Machine Learning
Analizzare vulnerabilità e minacce specifiche dei sistemi AI, identificando contromisure efficaci
Progettare linee guida per la sicurezza della raccolta dati, gestione dei dataset e protezione dei modelli
Definire approcci per la protezione dei model weights, degli ambienti di training e delle pipeline ML
Valutare rischi legati a adversarial attacks, prompt injection, model extraction e data poisoning
Collaborare con team Data Science e ML Engineering per integrare principi di Security by Design
Monitorare l'evoluzione delle minacce nel panorama AI Security e proporre strategie di mitigazione
Tradurre analisi tecniche e risultati di ricerca in policy, standard e procedure operative
Comunicare rischi e raccomandazioni di sicurezza a stakeholder tecnici e non tecnici

Conoscenza avanzata dei principi di sicurezza applicati ai sistemi di Artificial Intelligence e Machine Learning
Competenze su minacce specifiche AI (adversarial attacks, model extraction, jailbreak, prompt injection, data poisoning)
Capacità di definire framework e linee guida per la sicurezza dell'intero ciclo di vita dei modelli AI
Conoscenza delle best practice relative a protezione dati, sicurezza dei modelli e isolamento delle pipeline di training
Esperienza o forte interesse nella ricerca applicata in ambito AI Security
Capacità di trasformare concetti teorici e risultati di ricerca in soluzioni operative
Esperienza nella collaborazione con team tecnici multidisciplinari (Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Security Engineer)
Capacità di comunicare temi complessi e rischi tecnologici a interlocutori tecnici e business
Approccio analitico, curiosità tecnologica e forte orientamento all'innovazione
