About the Role: As a CBRE Technical Contract Support, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements.

• Manage the buying process for a given set of goods in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• Collaborate with the technical area in order to buy and deliver the materials requested on time and in the right place
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
• Provide technical / commercial assistance to the Sourcing team when they are involved in any RFP
• Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
• Actively participate in supplier performance reviews
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
• Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible
• Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
• Explore alternate sources for goods and materials
• Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issue

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
