At METLEN, we foster a culture of bresilience, challenge, respect, excellence, /b and bchange /b, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. /p pWe are currently looking for a bProject Development Controller /b to join our M Renewables team in Italy in our bMilan /b offices. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparation of monthly cash flow reports to ensure liquidity availability within the holding companies and group entities. /li liDevelopment of expense and development cost reporting based on defined cost allocation, through direct interface with Business Units and Finance, ensuring alignment and understanding of critical issues and managing internal and external stakeholders. /li liPreparation of budgets, monthly forecasts, and annual target planning for the division. /li liPreparation of the annual development cash flow forecast for the division. /li liSupport in management reporting to provide accurate and timely information for decision‑making. /li liCreation and maintenance of property reporting tools for common interface with development Business Units, including contract monitoring and implementation of efficient controls. /li liUnderstanding and knowledge (optional) of corporate ERP systems (SAP or others) and support for potential implementation of systems aimed at improving operational workload efficiency. /li /ul h3Core Responsibilities within MRES EE Development Unit /h3 ul liSupports the entire MRES EE Development structure in all phases of planning, monitoring, and control of the project portfolio. /li liVerifies and guarantees the economic, physical, and temporal alignment of the portfolio. /li liSupervises and ensures consistency between project development, management, and alignment of control systems. /li liOversees the definition and creation of RSD budgets and capitalizations. /li liPrepares and guarantees the consistency of powers of attorney necessary for carrying out structural activities. /li liSupervises and is responsible for the risk management process of the portfolio, defining KPIs and performance metrics for the Development BU. /li liMonitors program progress and coordinates with the construction program, providing assistance to/from engineering/EPC staff. /li /ul h3What you bring to the role /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration and/or related fields. /li li1-2 years experience in similar roles. /li liProfessional knowledge of renewable energy and utility market is a plus. /li liAnalytical skills to collect and generate reports for top management. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li liKnowledge of Office 365 and reporting suites. /li liKnowledge of ERP (SAP, other) is a plus. /li liAttractive remuneration package. /li liFriendly and professional working environment. /li liCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt a flexible cooperation model to achieve fast results and increase productivity. /li /ul pWe respect your personal data.
