As their European operations continue to expand, they are looking for a Contract Specialist to join their team and support major renewable energy projects across Italy and the wider EMEA region. What you'll be doing: Negotiating and managing commercial contracts for renewable energy projects Reviewing, drafting, and qualifying a variety of legal and contractual documents Identifying and mitigating contractual risks while supporting key business stakeholders Collaborating with commercial, project, and legal teams to ensure successful project delivery Assisting with dispute resolution and contractual negotiations with customers and partners What they're looking for: Degree in Law or a relevant business-related discipline Experience within the renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract law Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Fluent Italian Why join?
