My job, Our future We are looking for a motivated and service‑oriented professional to join our Tractor Service Department. As part of an international after‑sales organization, the new team member will contribute to strengthening dealer support and enhancing service performance across the assigned region The new team member will be integrated into the Tractor service department, reporting directly to the Italian Service Manager. Key responsibilities include giving service support to dealers (regionally based), developing their after-sales business. Key Responsibilities Dealer Support

: Manage daily technical inquiries from the field, providing expert guidance to dealer service progress, mechanics via telephone, mail and onsite. Case Management

: Oversee the e-service ticket lifecycle and technical reporting, ensuring all troubleshooting and problem-solving protocols are correctly followed. Joint customers visit the dealer to fix complex technical issues. Dealer Visits

: Conduct regular dealer visits to review service-related topics, including field follow-ups, new service bulletins, mandatory campaign progress, and warranty issues. Monitor machine registrations and collaborate with dealers on technical training proposals to encourage the professional growth of their mechanics. Training

: Facilitate technical training sessions (both virtual and in-person). This includes content preparation (online and F2F) and conducting classroom instruction at our Milan headquarters. Skills & Requirements The ideal candidate must possess a technical diploma, specifically as a Mechanical Engineering Technician (or equivalent high school technical certification) with after-sales business knowledge. English Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement for this role. Additional Languages: French basics is desirable (not mandatory) Technical Skills: Advanced user-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Salary Range:

€47,000–€50,000 gross annually, paid over 14 months.
