Integrated Business Planning Application Coordinator

OverviewFor our Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function we are looking for an Integrated Business Planning Application Coordinator to join the Integrated Planning Team based at our HQ in Milan.Your ImpactThe resource will be responsible for the governance, management, and continuous evolution of the Board platform supporting enterprise planning processes, including financial, sales, collection, distribution planning, and cross-channel reporting. The role will act as the primary IT point of contact for Board solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective, high-quality applications.In particular, the Integrated Business Planning Application Coordinator will be responsible for:Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions on the Board platform.Design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Board applications supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.Manage the application lifecycle, including roadmap planning, continuous enhancements, production releases, and functional and technical documentation.Coordinate system integrators and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality and budget objectives.Lead testing activities (SIT, E2E, and UAT) and manage incident resolution, problem management, and troubleshooting to ensure service continuity.Partner with Finance, Planning, Merchandising, and Business Operations teams to support business initiatives, digital transformation projects, user training, and post-go-live support.QualificationsWho We Are Looking For:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field5–8 years of experience in the implementation, development, and support of Board or other enterprise planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan, O9, RPAS)Strong knowledge of enterprise planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and performance management, with experience in business requirements analysis and application lifecycle managementProven experience in IT project delivery, coordinating external vendors and collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholdersWe Would Appreciate a Person Who Is:Analytical, organized, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experienced in international and multicultural environments.Compensation & Benefits:Application of CCNL TessileCompensation package range: from 50.000 € to 60.000 € grossCompetitive Corporate Welfare Services"Moncler is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of Ethnic origin, Skin color, Religion, Civil status, Age, Nationality, Ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, Gender, Gender Identity or Expression, Sexual Orientation.
