Director, Regional Market Access Lead - Europe

Regeneron seeks a Regional Market Access Lead to develop and execute European market access strategies for its neurology portfolio. The role involves collaborating across global and local teams to navigate payer systems, reimbursement frameworks, and health technology assessments while building stakeholder relationships across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead European market access strategies aligned with global objectives and country-specific needs
- Monitor European payer trends, healthcare policies, and reimbursement landscape changes
- Represent European perspective in global access strategy discussions and planning
- Support HTA dossier development, mock negotiations, and direct payer engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with payers, policymakers, and patient advocacy organizations
Requirements
- Ten years pharmaceutical industry experience with eight years in market access
- Demonstrated success launching products across competitive European therapeutic areas
- Expertise in European pricing, reimbursement, HTA processes, and payer negotiations
- Experience building and adapting health economic models for regional submissions
- Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, or business preferred
- Fluent English; additional European language advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement, data synthesis, and matrix working capabilities
Compensation: €93,825–€156,375 annually
