IT Project Manager

ppWe are looking for an experienced bIT Project Manager for Industrial Applications /b who will be responsible for the implementation, evolution and maintenance of the IT solutions supporting Operations across all Intercos sites worldwide. /ppThe role will coordinate the definition of project plans, the delivery of solutions and their development throughout the entire application lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams. /ppThe IT Project Manager will also play a key role in shaping the future of digital transformation within the Smart Factory program, contributing to the evolution of manufacturing processes and technologies across the Group. /ph3Activities: /h3ulliProvide guidance and leadership on project management activities, including planning, progress monitoring, risk management and issue resolution. /liliCoordinate and support functional and technical analysis activities. /liliCoordinate the implementation and delivery of IT solutions supporting Operations and Manufacturing. /liliManage and deliver user training, change management activities and IT documentation. /liliCoordinate application support activities, acting as a bridge between business functions and technical support teams. /liliCoordinate external partners and resources, ensuring effective planning, delivery and adherence to project timelines. /liliWork closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements and drive solutions that create tangible business value. /liliContribute to digital transformation initiatives within the Operations and Smart Factory roadmap. /liliSupport the continuous evolution and improvement of industrial applications throughout their lifecycle. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliDegree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. /lili8 - 10 years of experience in IT Project Management, ideally within Operations/Manufacturing. /liliStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems. /liliExperience in Digital Transformation / Smart Factory initiatives. /liliProven ability to manage complex international projects, stakeholders, teams and external partners. /liliStrong project management, organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills. /liliAutonomous, proactive, resilient and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail. /liliExcellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
