Role Description

This full-time SALES MANAGER – EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL MARKETS role at Singer Reimagined is based in Milan or Geneva, depending on candidate location, in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site presence with some off-site flexibility.

The Sales Manager will oversee and grow wholesale and retail networks across European and selected international markets, including identifying new partners, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong long-term relationships.

Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance against targets, coordinating with marketing to support brand visibility, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all points of sale.

The role involves regular contact with retailers and partners, organization of sales meetings, sales force training, participation in trade shows and events, and preparation of accurate sales forecasts and reports.

The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the CEO and the internal teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and customer service to support smooth order management, after-sales service, and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in international sales and account management, ideally within luxury goods, watches, or related premium consumer products.
• Strong skills in developing and executing sales strategies, including territory planning, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients across diverse markets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the capacity to represent the brand professionally in meetings and events.
• Solid understanding of retail dynamics, wholesale structures, and international commercial practices, including pricing and margin management.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, using CRM tools, sales reports, and market insights to optimize results.
• Fluency in English and French; proficiency in other European languages is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel regularly within Europe and to other international markets as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
