The team owns the financial backbone: fees, payouts, invoicing, compliance, and everything in between. If a business relies on Satispay to get paid correctly and on time, our team makes it happen. We move quickly, think boldly and trust each other to challenge the norm, learning and growing as we go. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liContribute to core platform domains: build, maintain and scale sensitive systems such as the Transaction Ledger, Identity Access Management, or Payment Orchestration, working closely with senior engineers to keep these engines high‑performant, secure and functional for product teams. /li liDevelop risk financial engines: implement and optimise services for bank integrations, credit risk and real‑time fraud detection, writing robust logic that protects Satispay’s source of truth. /li liCollaborate on technical solutions: participate in technical analysis for new projects and feature developments, engage in discussions and contribute to high‑quality documentation (Smart Papers). /li liDrive engineering quality: write clean, maintainable code, implement rigorous testing strategies, execute safe rollouts, troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers, and promote a culture of simplicity in the codebase. /li liWork in an AI‑powered environment: leverage AI tools daily to write and optimise code, speed up root‑cause analysis and generate documentation. /li liGrow and collaborate: work with senior engineers to elevate your technical and architectural skills, support junior team members and help the team adopt best practices. /li /ul h3Profile We’re Looking For /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable microservices in fast‑paced contexts. /li liDeep expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
