Talent Acquisition Specialist

CRA Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Turin. This role is a transversal Group position , dedicated to sourcing and hiring a wide range of profiles across all CRA Group companies, from architecture and design to technology and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different teams and companies within the Group
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Support talent pipelines and ongoing hiring needs across the Group

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
