Senior Project Leader - Mid/Large BioPharma (Select EU countries)

Overview

In this role you lead global clinical trial delivery for mid to large BioPharma studies, guiding Parexel and client teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality while adhering to ICH GCP. You manage cross-functional collaboration, risk, and client relationships, shaping trial strategies and ensuring study success. The position offers remote work across multiple European countries and opportunities to advance in a values-driven, patient-focused environment. You will partner with clients to understand pressures and deliver effective solutions that advance therapies to patients.

Responsabilità

• Develop and maintain formal project plans with milestones, budgets, and resources
• Perform ongoing risk management and contingency planning
• Establish and enforce first-time quality standards for deliverables
• Own client relationships at study level and ensure high satisfaction
• Manage project P&L, budget, revenue recognition, forecasting, and change in scope
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve study completion and client satisfaction
• Represent Project Leadership in external meetings and bid pursuits
• Handle other responsibilities such as SOP reviews and organizational initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree in a science or medical field (or substantial clinical project management experience)
• CRO experience with Phase I–III clinical trial management
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
• Solid financial management and bid defense involvement
• Knowledge of ICH GCP regulations and eClinical systems familiarity
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project planning software
• Pharma industry experience is beneficial
• Therapeutic area depth in Oncology essential; Oncology plus Ophthalmology/Neurology/Dermatology/NASH desirable
