/ph3ABOUT THE JOB /h3pThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the achievement of the store business goals (sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures. /ph3Responsibility: /h3h3Sales and Customer Management /h3ulliEstablish and implement Action Plans, in agreement with the Store Manager, in order to develop sales for each product category and customer segment /liliAlways maintain a strategic approach focused on developing, monitoring and improving measurable statistics that drive the company towards quantitative and qualitative targets /liliTo support the Store Manager in managing the team to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage and customer engagement /liliEnsure all team members follow company policies and procedures /liliEnsure implementation of CRM initiatives to develop a customer network for the shop /li /ulh3Team and Talent Management /h3ulliEnsure, in agreement with the Store Manager, the development of motivation, sense of belonging and company involvement /liliBe able to influence and persuade team members towards desired results and apply conflict resolution techniques according to company policies and procedures /li /ulh3Customer Value and Service Proposition /h3ulliSupport the Store Manager in creating, modelling and managing a highly productive sales environment by providing consistent training and coaching and leading by example at all times /liliEnsure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times /li /ulh3Brand Evangelization /h3ulliFeel, teach and educate brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion sensitivity and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers /liliOversee customer development by designing and supporting strategic initiatives that build the customer base and increase repeat business /liliTake responsibility for maintaining Patrizia Pepe style across all touch points including associate presentation, dress code, visual standards, maintenance and merchandising to create a fully branded environment. /li /ulh3Visual and Operational Execution /h3ulliMaintain Patrizia Pepe standards of the neat, clean and organized sales floor, till and fitting room ensuring that the shop environment is safe for employees and customers /liliSupport the Store Manager in conducting all visual directives ensuring that floor mapping and fitting is properly planned, scheduled and executed smoothly within the allotted time period /liliSupport the Store Manager in overseeing the efficient and productive handling of all merchandise, including receiving and processing of shipping, floors and replenishment systems, maintaining stock procedures /liliEnsure the efficient operation of all shop operations and daily operating procedures /liliEnsure that shop audit compliance and shrinkage results meet company loss prevention standards /liliConsistently adhere to all operational procedures and guidelines. /li /ulh3WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU IF YOU HAVE: /h3ulliConsolidated experience of at least 3 years in the job in structured contexts in the women's clothing sector or similar, characterised by assisted sales; /liliStrong orientation towards achieving objectives and strong problem-solving skills; /liliCompetence in the management and planning of the various store activities, from staff turnover to the monitoring of performance indicators; /liliGreat people management skills and good standard of numeracy; /liliBeing resilient and able to adapt quickly to changing factors /li /ulh3ABOUT US /h3pWhat you can expect when you work with us: /ppPosition: Assistant Store Manager - full time /ppLocation: Florence /pp3rd level CCNL Commercio /ppGross annual salary between 28K and 35K /ppTicket restaurants, Incentive scheme /ppYou will join a dynamic team with a collaborative corporate culture where you will have significant opportunities for growth and development, as well as countless chances to learn and make a real impact in shaping the future of the fashion industry. /ppBeing part of a family-run company that thinks globally yet remains true to its original core values, and working in a fast-paced environment that thrives on innovation while embracing simple values with a clear organizational structure, means making a difference without ever losing sight of who we are.
