At ESYEN, we are looking for an AI Program Manager to join our Strategy & Innovation Team and lead the development of cutting‑edge AI‑driven solutions.

Your RoleAs AI Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the company’s AI strategy, acting as both a technical leader and innovation enabler.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the internal AI team
- Design and deliver AI training programs for both technical and non-technical teams
- Develop AI pilots and Proofs of Concept, including LLM- and RAG‑based solutions
- Support business development activities by evaluating AI‑related opportunities
- Promote AI adoption across internal processes and customer projects
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on AI strategy and innovation initiatives
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience managing AI teams and complex AI projects
- Proven hands‑on experience in AI/ML development and deployment
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high‑tech industries
