It helps companies reduce emissions, improve operational efficiency, and meet environmental compliance requirements through products like burners, flare systems, and thermal oxidizers. /p pLocation: Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI). /p h3Finance Manager /h3 pThe Finance Manager has responsibility for managing all aspects of the accounting department and performing a variety of activities to support the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer and will provide financial advice and support to help senior managers and executives make key decisions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManagement of and responsibility for the Finance department and its operations /li liProduction and review of financial statements for European entities /li liProject revenue recognition by Percentage of Completion (POC) /li liEnsure statutory and tax compliance /li liFinancial analysis and commentary /li liReview business performance with executive and senior management /li liProduction of annual budgets /li liManage financial audits /li liManage relationships with banks, external consultants and outsourced service providers /li liCashflow forecasting and reporting, including foreign exchange risk /li liImplementation, development and maintenance of financial systems and tools /li liReview financial processes and implement improvement plans /li liDeliver on special projects as required /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liAccounting qualification or degree /li liMinimum 8 years’ experience in a similar finance management role /li liExperience implementing financial or ERP software /li liExperience using Sage is desirable /li liExperience in Percentage of Completion (POC) calculations /li liIT literate (Microsoft Office), with Excellent Excel skills. /li liLeadership or management experience /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liConfident and assertive /li liAbility to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment /li liResourceful, good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and highly dependable. /li liGood organisation, time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. /li liFlexible and able to manage unexpected situations /li liGood team playerAbility to use initiative and make decisions autonomously /li liCommitted to continuous improvement /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer outstanding opportunities for professional growth and career development in a dynamic, international environment, along with extensive training programs, flexible working hours, meal vouchers, and some of the best corporate events you'll ever experience.
