In questa posizione lavorerai in Smart Solutions Lab per migliorare produttività ed efficienza tramite soluzioni AI/GenAI e hyper-automation. Collaborerai con team e clienti per progettare end-to-end processi TO-BE e creare dashboard avanzate. Avrai un ruolo cruciale nell'innovazione di soluzioni aziendali con RPA, OCR e analisi dati, contribuendo all'impatto globale di Deloitte. Una sfida stimolante per modellare processi e strumenti di analytics in contesti reali.
Responsabilità
- Guidare progetti di hyper-automation e AI per automazione dei processi aziendali
- Implementare soluzioni AI/GenAI e applicazioni end-to-end
- Progettare e utilizzare tecniche di analisi delle inefficienze per modellare TO-BE
- Promuovere l'uso di RPA, OCR e concetti di IA avanzata
- Creare dashboard avanzate con strumenti di analytics (PowerBI, Qlik Sense)
- Collaborare efficacemente con colleghi e clienti di background diverso
Requisiti fondamentali
- ≥2 anni di esperienza su progetti AI/ML come Data Scientist
- ≥1 anno in progetti di sviluppo applicazioni basate su LLM e Agentic AI
- Ottima conoscenza di Python e framework GenAI (Langraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, Azure AI Foundry)
- Conoscenza di linguaggi web (HTML5, JSP, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js)
- Conoscenza di UiPath e strumenti di data visualization (QlikView, Qlik Sense, PowerBI, Tableau);
- esperienza con servizi cloud (AWS, Azure) è un plus
- Collaboration con colleghi e clienti di background diverso
- Orientamento ai risultati e problem solving
- Capacità di lavorare in contesti ibridi e consultivi
