Resident Senior Controller - India

pOur Client is a leading industrial group with a strong manufacturing footprint and established international standards, recognized for operational excellence and a structured, performance-driven culture. /ppTo strengthen the Finance function at its manufacturing site in India, we have been retained to search for a: /ppbr / /ppstrongResident Senior Controller – India /strong /ppThe candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance of the manufacturing plant in India. The role combines operational analysis and business support, ensuring transparency and alignment with group standards /ppbr / /ppstrongKey responsibilities /strong /pp· Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs /pp· Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization /pp· Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation /pp· Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures /pp· Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations /pp· Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover and quality costs) /pp· Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes /pp· Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls /pp· Support audit activities and reporting improvements /pp· Act as financial partner to plant management, providing insights for operational decision-making and facilitating communication with HQ /ppbr / /ppstrongRequired profile /strong /pp· 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling, including significant exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments /pp· Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies /pp· Experience supporting manufacturing operations and working in international environments /pp· Experience with Indian manufacturing operations is highly preferred /pp· Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities /pp· Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures /pp· Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales /pp· ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools /pp· Languages: Fluent English /pp· Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering /ppbr / /ppstrongLocation /strong /ppIndia (resident position at the manufacturing plant) /ppbr / /ppstrongCompensation benefits /strong /ppThe company offers an annual gross salary in the range of €70,000 – €100,000, commensurate with experience and role scope, plus company-provided accommodation. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppWyser S.R.L. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
