Program Manager, Global Mobility

Overview

As a Senior Immigration & Mobility Manager, you will own end-to-end client mobility programs, acting as the primary escalation point for immigration queries and ensuring compliant, high-quality solutions. You will work跨-functionally to embed mobility expertise into Deel's platform while driving continuous improvement and revenue opportunities. You'll partner with GTM, Product, and Sales to scale Deel's mobility offerings and support global talent mobility. This role combines program management, policy know-how, and client-facing impact in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsabilità

• Design and run end-to-end client mobility programs in collaboration with immigration specialists and business leaders
• Monitor program health, drive improvements, and handle immigration compliance setup inquiries
• Provide high-quality responses to immigration and relocation questions based on industry knowledge
• Identify opportunities to generate revenue through mobility-related products/services and collaborate with GTM, Product, and Sales
• Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and clients to embed mobility expertise into Deel's platform and delivery
• Coordinate with external immigration attorneys and vendors as needed

Requisiti fondamentali

• 4+ years in immigration case management, global mobility coordination, program building, or international HR support
• Working knowledge of business immigration in at least one major jurisdiction; multi-country exposure
• Experience coordinating with external immigration attorneys and vendors
• Proficiency with case management or mobility tracking tools and HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects and risk
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable with all employee levels
• Commercial acumen with experience partnering with GTM, Product, and Sales to translate mobility into revenue
• Active use of AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and efficiency; openness to new tech
• Client-facing experience with corporate clients or senior external stakeholders
• Bachelor degree in related field; advanced degree preferred
