Overview
As a Junior Associate in Linklaters' Milan Employment team, you will support international and Italian clients on employment, pension and labour law matters, with exposure to high‐value executives and cross‐border work. You join a global, merit‐driven firm that values collaboration, continuous learning and innovation. You will work closely with colleagues across offices, developing skills through a structured training path and diverse matters. Responsabilità
- Conduct legal research
- Draft and review documents
- Manage processes and communications flow
- Engage with clients, advisors, and counterparties
- Participate in a fast-growing team with increasing responsibilities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University (list of exams to be provided)
- Abroad or specific education in Labour law will be assessed positively
- Proficiency level in English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Attitude to use and develop legal tech tools and innovation mindset
- Previous internship experiences in a law firm would be a plus
