Application Engineer

La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all'interno del dipartimento Application Engineering e, riportando direttamente all' Application Engineering Manager, opererà a supporto della forza vendita e dei clienti nella definizione delle soluzioni tecniche più idonee, collaborando costantemente con le funzioni Global Engineering, Produzione e Product Management. In particolare, si occuperà di:
Supportare la forza vendita e i clienti nella definizione delle migliori soluzioni applicative;
Analizzare le esigenze tecniche del cliente e sviluppare proposte coerenti con i requisiti applicativi e produttivi;
Elaborare tecnicamente le proposte di montaggio attraverso la selezione di prodotti esistenti e la relativa attività di progettazione;
Svolgere attività di disegno tecnico e calcoli dimensionali/funzionali;
Verificare la fattibilità tecnica e l'allineamento alle esigenze produttive;
Interfacciarsi regolarmente con i reparti produttivi, engineering e product management;
Collaborare con team interfunzionali nella gestione delle richieste applicative;
Contribuire all'individuazione di soluzioni tecniche innovative in contesti industriali differenti.
Requisiti
Desideriamo incontrare risorse con i seguenti requisiti:
Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o affini;
Preferibile esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nel ruolo, maturata in aziende meccaniche, automazione industriale o settori affini;
Esperienza nell'utilizzo di software di disegno tecnico (SolidWorks / Inventor);
Capacità di interpretare esigenze applicative e trasformarle in soluzioni tecniche efficaci;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (sarà considerato un plus la conoscenza di altre lingue);
Completano il profilo:
Capacità di lavorare efficacemente con team interfunzionali;
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;
Precisione, proattività e orientamento al risultato;
Flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi a contesti tecnici e applicativi differenti.
