Sales Support Specialist - SAP Admin & Customer Delight
Oleon
Oleon in Genova is seeking a meticulous sales support officer to bridge the sales team and customers. You will manage the entire order-to-invoice process and ensure on-time delivery according to agreed specs, while handling queries in a proactive, structured way.
You will work closely with planners, sales managers and logistics teams, provide essential admin support, and act as the first point of contact for issues. Office-based role with requirement for English plus German or Dutch.
