Our unwavering commitment is to help our clients transform their businesses and effectively manage operations in the areas of: Sales Performance; Repair Optimization and Compliance; Parts and Accessories Sales Performance; and Consumer Engagement.br/With our global teams,industry expertise, and the power of technology, we design and deliver tailored, sustainable, and innovative solutions and services that help our clients optimize their operations and captivate their customers. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThis role acts as the key interface between the After-Sales Network, Technical Assistance teams, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders involved in field issue resolution. /p pThe objective of the position is to ensure that critical customer and field issues are properly analyzed, prioritized, and resolved, ultimately providing effective solutions to the dealership network. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liAct as the focal point for one or more vehicles or commodities regarding significant field quality issues. /li liCoordinate interactions between Technical Assistance, Control Tower, Engineering, Quality, Project Teams, Manufacturing Plants, Spare Parts, and Tool Teams. /li liEnsure that field data and technical information collected from the network are complete and accurate enough to support engineering investigations. /li liDrive Engineering teams to progress investigations and accelerate solution development. /li liMonitor issue resolution activities and ensure the timely execution of action plans. /li liCoordinate and support the implementation of after-sales solutions, including: ul liTechnical Service Bulletins (TSBs) /li liSpare parts actions /li liSoftware updates /li liTechnical campaigns /li /ul /li liParticipate in vehicle quality reviews and cross-functional meetings. /li liEscalate critical topics and ensure alignment among all involved stakeholders. /li /ul pSolid experience in the automotive industry. /p pPrevious experience in one or more of the following areas:Technical AssistanceAfter-SalesQualityEngineeringVehicle ValidationVehicle DevelopmentStrong understanding of vehicle architecture and vehicle systems.Broad knowledge of automotive processes and interactions between Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and After-Sales organizations.Ability to understand technical topics across different vehicle domains (chassis, body, electrical systems, HVAC, etc.) without necessarily being a specialist in each area.Experience working in cross-functional environments and coordinating multiple stakeholders.Fluent level of Italian and English.Additional Information-CCNL Applicabile: Contratto del Commercio Terziario e Distribuzione Servizi- Livello 3MSX is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, neurodiversity or other personal characteristics and backgrounds, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, or marital and parental status.
