As a Recruiter Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the hiring process, engaging with candidates, and learning how successful recruitment works from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will support the recruitment team throughout the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordinationYou will support the team with offer follow-ups and onboarding-related coordination when neededYou will assist in preparing and posting job descriptions on LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platformsYou will review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and qualificationsYou will conduct initial outreach and screening calls to evaluate candidate interest, communication skills, and overall fitYou will maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring updatesRequirementsBachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFull professional fluency in English is requiredStrong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HRExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyDetail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learnGood time management and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or sourcing tools is a plusWhat You Will GainReal-world exposure to the full recruitment lifecycleHands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and candidate coordinationOpportunity to work closely with hiring managers and HR professionalsValuable learning experience in a fast-moving, international work environmentA strong starting point for a future career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources3rd LevelReimbursement: €450 per month
