Experteer Overview

In this role, you own and shape mobile experiences in the Consumer Growth area, building native Android features to boost onboarding and activation. You work with cross-functional peers to refine solutions and test ideas that accelerate user adoption. You’ll influence product direction through ownership of high‑impact features while learning from senior engineers. The position focuses on scalable, user‑centric Android apps with strong performance, security, and clean architecture.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Develop native Android features to improve onboarding and activation
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive mobile solutions
• Address user pain points to enhance the mobile experience with intuitive design
• Partner with data analysts to run and analyze A/B tests for growth
• Contribute to iterative development and create user‑centric features (e.g., referral programs, campaigns)
• Maintain high standards for coding, performance, and security; ensure robust client‑side authentication
• Own code from local development to Google Play deployment

Responsabilità

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of hands‑on Android development with Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle
• Strong grasp of MVI, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flows, and REST APIs
• Growth mindset with ability to take on meaningful responsibility and learn from seniors
• Structured communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent in Italian and English
