Ensure our customers receive fast, professional, and effective support worldwide.Coordinate service interventions, commissioning activities, and technical support requests.Work closely with customers and colleagues to find sustainable solutions to technical challenges.Continuously improve service processes and service offerings.Coordinate the service team and promote a customer‑focused way of working.Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Production.
What You Bring
Technical background and experience in machinery, industrial equipment, or plant engineering.Several years of experience in technical service, customer support, or after‑sales activities.Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a customer‑oriented mindset.Ability to solve technical challenges in a pragmatic and solution‑driven way.Confident communication skills in Italian and English, with the ability to operate effectively in an international business environment.Willingness to travel internationally when required.
