Manage store supply requirements expenses within agree budget Set high standards of housekeeping in all store support areas, create a behaviour within the teams to maintain high standards Manage store opening, closing elements which relate to registers , cash management efficiently to company guidelines, daily reconciliation call out any financial risk to line Managers /p h3Experience, Skills Knowledge /h3 ul liProfessional experience within a Retail environment /li liProactive, positive and dynamic personality /li liHigh people service orientation /li liGood social and communication skills /li liUnderstanding of delivering performance against KPIs /li liExperience within MS Office suite /li liRequired language: English + local language Starting base salary equal to € 43.000 (Full Time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location. Target Bonus: 15% of individual base salary. Bonus is discretionary and its payout depends on the achievement of certain metrics, as determined under the applicable bonus plan rules.
