MISSION

Manifattura Berluti is looking for a T&M and Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the optimization of production and logistics processes. The resource, reporting to the T&M and Continuous Improvement Manager, will actively contribute to the definition of standards, time and motion analysis, and the management of continuous improvement projects in a dynamic environment.

Job responsibilities

ACTIVITIES

• Active participation in continuous improvement projects based on Lean methodologies.
• Support for the development of digital tools for data analysis and KPI monitoring (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).
• Execution of time studies and definition of standard production times.
• Preparation of standard work and operational instructions for production departments.
• Definition and entry of standard production cycles in SAP.
• Support for the management of master data, bills of material, and cycles in SAP.
• Collaboration in the analysis and optimization of layouts and production flows.

Profile

• Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Computer Science) or in technical-scientific disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., internship, junior position) in Time & Motion, Industrialization, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in manufacturing contexts.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
• Basic competence in time and motion analysis.
• Good knowledge of SAP (modules related to production cycles, master data, bills of material).
• Excellent command of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of tools such as Power BI or Power Apps is preferred.
• Results-oriented, precise, and attentive to detail.
• Teamwork attitude and proactivity.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
