ph3Overview /h3pJoin to apply for the Site EHS Specialist role at FieldCore. /ph3Description /h3pAs the Site EHS Specialist you will manage field personnel to ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, programs, procedures and legislative standards. You will communicate and contribute to the development of site-based programs, conduct onsite EHS audits and inspections, and provide recommendations for improving EHS performance and creating a NO HARM culture. Furthermore, you will ensure all personnel and employees are informed of safe working procedures and practices so that they can fulfil their responsibilities and manage required compliance activities, including the implementation of in-country legislation and FieldCore Environmental Health and Safety requirements and standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop, understand, and maintain the OneEHS project plan. Provide support to communicate and manage all sections of the plan. /liliSupport audits, incident investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Near Miss and incidents to ensure safe work procedures are being followed in respect to Company policy, OHSA, EPA, DOT, and client/ company policy as well as applicable regulatory state and federal laws within specified area where work is being performed. Ensure Emergency Response capabilities are solidified and maintained. /liliDevelop and deliver project-specific site orientation training to all personnel under FieldCore control arriving at any point throughout the project to ensure that all site personnel and employees are informed of site safe working procedures and practices fulfil their responsibilities. Familiarize them with site EHS requirements, focus areas and any job specific hazards. Ensure that records of attendance are maintained. /liliReview customers permit systems, including requirements for site posting of permits, LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space procedures, and FieldCore Lift Plans /liliProvide classroom based EHS training as required. /li /ulh3Special Role Requirements /h3ulliAble to travel extensively to and from projects and various assignments. /liliWilling to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by assignments. /liliAbility to spend considerable time away from home for training and assignments /li /ulh3Skills For Success /h3pYou will be an experienced Site Environmental Health and Safety Specialist with knowledge of Italian safety regulatory requirements as well as being familiar with OHSA regulations. /ph3You Will Also Have /h3ulliCompleted OSHA 30 Training /liliNEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent or be working towards an Occupational Safety qualification. /liliPreferably experience and knowledge of the risks involved in the maintenance of equipment in the power generation industry. /liliProficiency in the Italian language and to have a good English level. /li /ulh3We\'re determined to be the best place to grow /h3pPeople are the heart of our organization and we put them first in everything we do.
