The Foundation is Italy’s first RTO (Research and Technology Organization) vertically focused on semiconductor research and stands as a center of excellence in frontier research on semiconductor design, as well as a pivotal center of the Italian semiconductor ecosystem and expertise. Missions of the Foundation:- promote the design and development of integrated circuits
- strengthen the system of professional training in the field of microelectronics
- ensure the establishment of a network of universities, research centers and enterprises that fosters innovation and technology transfer in the field
- Public Procurement Support: Support public procurement procedures for works, services, and supplies in compliance with D.Lgs. 36⁄2023
- Tender Documentation: Assist in the preparation of tender documentation, including determine a contrarre, disciplinari di gara, contracts, and administrative acts
- E-Procurement Platforms: Operate e-procurement platforms (MEPA, Traspare, SINTEL or similar) for tender publication and document management
- RUP Support: Provide operational support to the RUP throughout procurement phases, from planning to execution
- Tender Committees: Support tender committees and assist in the preparation of official minutes
- Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor deadlines and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and proper contract management
- Experience: Proven track record (minimum 10–12 months) in public procurement, gained either within a Contracting Authority (Stazione Appaltante) or a Private Operator
- Legal Expertise: Good knowledge of the Italian Public Procurement Code (D.Lgs. 36⁄2023) and aptitude for legal and strategic analysis of tenders
- Education: Degree in Law, Economics, Political Science, or a related field
- Tools & Languages: Native-level Italian and good proficiency in English; advanced command of Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and familiarity with e-procurement platforms (MEPA, Traspare, SINTEL or similar)
- Precision: Structured and detail-oriented approach to administrative and regulatory processes
- Collaboration: Strong team-working abilities and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Reliability: Ability to manage deadlines and high-pressure activities with accuracy
