As a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist at Amaris Consulting,you will play a key role in managing and maintaining Linux-based systems, overseeing patch management to ensure system security and compliance, performing vulnerability assessments, and coordinating remediation activities. You will also apply best practices for operating system security, collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare documentation related to cybersecurity activities. Your missions- Manage and maintain Linux-based systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or equivalent distributions)
- Oversee and execute Patch Management processes to ensure system security and compliance
- Perform Vulnerability Assessments and coordinate remediation activities
- Apply best practices for operating system security and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Develop and maintain Bash scripts to automate administrative tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security improvements
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to system administration and cybersecurity activities
- Experience as System Administrator or Cybersecurity Specialist
- Strong background in system administration
- Advanced knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or equivalent distributions)
- Experience in Patch Management processes
- Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and remediation activities
- Knowledge of operating system security best practices
- Familiarity with Bash scripting and automation of administrative tasks
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Management tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS, Rapid7) is a plus
- Experience with configuration and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform) is a plus
- Knowledge of virtualized and cloud environments is a plus
- Certifications in Linux or Cybersecurity (RHCSA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent) is a plus
- Italian fluent. English good.

- Gross Annual Salary (GAS): EUR 26,000- EUR 50,000 ; basic salary only, the variable component will be detailed in the offer
