ppMFG is hiring experienced bPrep Cooks /b with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liAssist the head chef by chopping vegetables and washing food items /li liEnsure kitchen equipment and appliances are ready for use /li liMaintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times /li liPrepare salads, breads, salad dressings and sauces /li liGather food ingredients from the refrigerator or freezer as required by the chef /li liEnsure food is stored away properly when not in use /li liStudy the menu and prepare ingredients ahead of schedule /li liLearn about the cooking methods and techniques employed in the kitchen /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liCulinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred /li liTeam-orientated and positive attitude /li liStrong communication skills a must /li /ul h3BENEFITS: /h3 pWe offer competitive salary, medical/dental/vision insurance, TransitChek discount, Referral Rewards program, a generous dining program, and progressive paid time off.
