Technical Service Field Professional

pThe goal of the team is to give instant and adequate assistance to customers, distributors and Brady personnel regarding technical issues. The team is also responsible for after sales support and repair on the Brady hardware and software systems keeping customer satisfaction in mind. /ppThe field technical service professional is responsible for repairing, servicing and installing Brady equipment at the customers. The goal is to work as efficiently as possible by optimizing the field days by being with the customer. /ppbr / /ppuResponsibilities /u /pulliYou are responsible for all onsite technical support activities such as repairs, service,installations, training, problem-solving, … /liliWhen you are in the office, you assist the solutions or repair team with their day-to-dayactivities /liliYou ensure the follow-up towards the customers. In case of a conflict or disagreement,you need to involve the sales representative to ensure customer satisfaction /liliYou organize/plan the field interventions efficiently together with the dispatcher /liliYou work with the administrative tools and procedures that are in place /liliYou contact our suppliers concerning technical issues or product improvements to grantsolutions towards our customers /liliDuring contact with the customer, you easily see opportunities for sales or service leads /liliRelated to the Quality Environment Management System : Understand and implement the QE Objectives and Policy in the day to day work andthe requirements of the QE Management System applicable in the job /li /ulpbr / /ppuRequired skills and competences : /u /pulliYou have an educational background in relation with the job /liliYou are fluent (written and spoken) in Italian and good in English (French andSpanish is a plus) /liliYou are listening and thirsty to learn /liliYou show a personal interest in technology (Arduino, 3D printing,…) and experiencewith THT printing systems is an advantage /liliYou know how to deal with changing situations and difficulties by quickly findingappropriate solutions /liliYou have a sense of priority and you organize your work time effectively andefficiently /liliYou appreciate team work and demonstrate cooperation /liliYou have commercial flair and a huge interest in establishing strong customerrelations /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguWhere ? /u /strong /ppYou are based in stronguItaly in Bologna /u /strong(but operating all over the country) and report to the Regional Field Lead. The main office is located in Milano.
