For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire inVerona a dynamic and motivatedCustomer Service Engineer. /p h3bMain Tasks /b /h3 ul liManage customer service (CS) project activities from offer to execution, including variation orders, training, and on-site support. /li liPrepare and present refurbishment and technical service offers, especially for obsolete or third-party product replacements. /li liAct as the primary interface with customers for technical issues, claims, and support requests. /li liCoordinate internally (RD, system engineering, production, repair teams) to resolve issues and ensure project delivery. /li liSupport sales in refurbishment projects and provide technical input for customer solutions. /li liContribute to obsolete product management in collaboration with product management and other stakeholders. /li liDeliver training sessions or perform on-site investigations when required. /li liCommunicate project status and updates to customers, internal teams, and management. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liEngineering degree in the domain of electricity, telecommunications, industrial, mecanical or similar; or alternatively, an extensive experience in the railway sector in a similar role in a customer service environment. /li li5+ years of experience in systems engineering, project management, or development. /li liFluency in English and Italian, French and German are a plus. /li liAbility to manage technical and commercial aspects of offers independently. /li liEffective communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams. /li liAutonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. /li liTeam-oriented mindset with balanced interpersonal skills. /li liMarket-oriented thinking and solid IT skills. /li liDesirable: knowledge or interest in cybersecurity. /li /ul pWe fosterflat hierarchiesanddirect communication, enabling quick decisions and strong collaboration across all levels.
