ph3Mission/Objectives /h3 pThe mission of this role, in strict partnership with the regional HSE Team, is to deploy in the factory the global and regional programs promoting safe behaviors and best working practices , proactively shaping them according to the local needs and opportunities. /p h3General Description Of The Role /h3 pReporting solid line to the Plant Director and dotted line to the Regional HSE Manager - EMEA, actively contributes to lead the HSE function locally and to spread the HSE principles among the factory, progressively switching from a "reactive" to a "proactive excellence" mode in managing HSE. /p h3Key Responsibilities And Activities /h3 ul liFulfil the role of the Responsible for Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) according to Legislative Decree 81/08, including risk assessment, definition of preventive and protective measures, safety procedures, worker training requirements, collaboration with the Occupational Company doctor and support to the Employer in all statutory obligations. /li liDrive HSE leadership across all levels of the organization, promoting accountability, engagement and continuous improvement in safety performance and culture. /li liChallenge operational decisions and elevate significant HSE risks when necessary, ensuring that safety and environmental risks are effectively managed and that legal and corporate requirements are met. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for HSE-related interactions with regulatory authorities, external auditors, insurers and other stakeholders. /li liEnsure compliance with all applicable environmental permits and regulatory requirements, including emissions, wastewater, waste management, chemical storage and environmental reporting obligations. /li liDevelop and improve HSE management systems in the factory to ensure compliance with Corporate guidelines and Legal requirements /li liManage locally the company program for certification against HSE related international standards as deemed required - ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 /li liDefine and implement programs to achieve Local HSE targets /li liEnsure Campari Group HSE systems and tools are locally implemented and properly used to monitor targets and boost HSE performance /li liOperationally implement global programs supporting HSE performance improvement and behavioral change, with specific reference to Life Protecting Systems (i.e, fall protection, confined space entry, isolation of hazardous energy-lockout, fire protection, hazardous chemicals, pressure vessels and electrical safety) and operations (GHG, water and energy use, circular economy, WWT plants) /li liEnsure the adequacy of the Crisis and Emergency preparedness and response system of the factory /li liProvide guidance and support to the factory leadership team and workers regularly present in the factory, to ensure that operations are conducted according to HSE principles and requirements /li liIdentify best practices and lessons learned to improve HSE programs realized in the factory and share with the Campari Group organization /li liReview with FPA and Engineering the budget / CAPEX related to HSE aspects in the factory /li liSupport engineering and operational teams in Management of Change processes, ensuring that HSE risks are adequately assessed before implementation of modifications to equipment, processes or facilities. /li liContribute to spreading a safety culture and awareness of health and safety requirements across the organization, motivating employees to follow and continuously improve company standards /li liCoordinate safety and prevention activities within the company, in compliance with applicable legislation and with the assessment of accident risks based on production risk analysis and structural conditions /li liMonitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable HSE legislation, regulatory developments and relevant interpretations, ensuring that local procedures and documentation remain compliant /li liPropose and manage safety plans, procedures and operating instructions to protect employees' physical integrity, health, workplace safety and workplace hygiene /li liPlan and perform HSE audits, inspections and compliance assessments, ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions. /li liLead investigations of incidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences, ensuring root cause analysis, corrective actions and organizational learning. /li liPrepare periodic reporting on accidents and near misses, develop HS management system performance indicators, and contribute to the update and dissemination of the EHS policy /li liDevelop and oversee contractor and visitor safety management processes, ensuring appropriate qualification, risk assessment, supervision and compliance with company and legal requirements /li liSupport the collection, validation and reporting of HSE and sustainability-related data required for internal reporting, ESG disclosures and regulatory obligations. /li /ul h3Key Relationships /h3 pInternal: factory leadership team, factory employees, HSE Campari Group network, Regional HSE Education /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in food beverage, FMCG, pharmaceutical or chemical industries /li liPrevious experience as RSPP in a manufacturing facility /li liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Occupational Health Safety, Biological Sciences, or other relevant technical/scientific disciplines /li liFormal HSE qualifications and training required to perform the role of RSPP under applicable Italian legislation /li liExperience managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and certification processes /li liExperience interacting with regulatory authorities and external auditors is considered a strong advantage /li liDemonstrated experience integrating HSE programs with Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies to improve safety, operational performance and equipment reliability is considered a plus /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liAbility to influence without direct authority and effectively partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR and Supply Chain teams to drive HSE performance. /li liStrong knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, including D.Lgs. 81/2008 and D.Lgs. 152/2006 and subsequent amendments /li liStrong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems /li liExperience in risk assessment methodologies and industrial hazard identification /li liKnowledge of industrial safety programs, including contractor safety management, machine safety, hazardous chemicals management, permit-to-work systems, confined spaces, lockout/tagout and emergency management /li liExperience in incident investigation methodologies and Root Cause Analysis techniques /li liAbility to develop procedures, technical reports, risk assessments and management presentations /li liFamiliarity with sustainability and environmental reporting processes is considered an advantage /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HSE digital platforms and AI-based productivity tools is a plus /li liProven ability to lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects focused on safety, environmental performance, equipment reliability and operational efficiency. /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies, including continuous improvement tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving and six sigma is a plus /li liFluent English (written and spoken) /li /ul h3Leadership Behavioral Competencies /h3 ul liStrong leadership and
