Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development to support our projects in Milan /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliIncrease sales by proactively seeking new customers /li /brliConducting business negotiations with customers /li /brliPreparation of commercial offers /li /brliPreparation and approval of contracts /li /brliAcceptance orders /li /brliPrompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers /li /brliMaintaining reporting documentation /li /brliManaging Internal CRM tools /li /br /ul /brh3About you /h3 /brul /brlibEducation: /b Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or related to Business Development or Life Science field (e.G., Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology) /li /brliExperience in similar roles in the Pharmaceutical Environment/Consultancy Services will be a plus /li /brliAvailability to travel /li /brliBusiness Development mentality: Highly motivated, open-minded, organized mindset, enthusiastic, result oriented and a team player, able to work under pressure and stay resilient /li /brlibFluent in English /b /li /br /ul /brh3What we offer /h3 /brul /brliFixed term contract under the CCNL Commercio /li /brliGross annual salary of: €23,500+commission bonus /li /brliTravel allowance for client visits, including same-day trips /li /brliMeal vouchers /li /brliExpenses for client visits will be fully reimbursed /li /brliHealth insurance and industry-standard pension plan /li /br /ul /brh3Next Steps /h3 /brpUpon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview.
