We are seeking a super creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence across all platforms. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a brand that is as multifaceted as it is distinctive, translating its philosophy into compelling, refined, and engaging digital storytelling.
This role goes beyond execution: it requires curiosity, aesthetic sensitivity, and the ability to deal with content and ideas into a cohesive and inspiring narrative.
The Role
As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our social media ecosystem , ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all touchpoints. You will work at the intersection of creativity and strategy — collaborating closely with internal teams, external partners, and the Brand Strategist & Content Director to bring the brand to life in the digital space.
From overseeing content production to engaging with a global audience, you will play a key role in strengthening brand positioning and supporting broader marketing and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the day-to-day management of all social media channels across the Group.
- Plan, curate, and publish content aligned with the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and seasonal storytelling.
- Support content production, including photo and video shoots, working alongside internal teams and external creatives.
- Ensure visual and editorial consistency across all platforms, maintaining the highest standards of luxury communication.
- Actively manage community engagement, fostering meaningful and timely interactions with our audience.
- Support and amplify marketing campaigns, launches, events, and commercial initiatives through social media.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and strategic partners to expand brand reach and relevance.
- Monitor performance metrics, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to continuously refine strategy.
- Maintain structured workflows, editorial calendars, and digital asset organization.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform evolutions, and emerging opportunities to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
Who You Are
- You bring +3 years experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle environments.
- You combine creative instinct with operational precision, able to translate vision into flawless execution.
- You have a strong understanding of social platforms (Tik Tok included), content formats, and digital storytelling dynamics.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You possess a refined visual sensibility, elevated creative eye and a deep appreciation for aesthetics, brand identity, and storytelling.
- You are an excellent communicator and copywriter in English;
additional languages are a plus. - You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy working collaboratively across disciplines.
