Manager, defines and promotes projects for continuous improvement of methods and technologies installed in the Frames production plant. /p pMFG. Engineering Specialist main goals are analyzing production processes and activating projects aimed to optimize performances, in terms of capability, OEE, quality, level of service. He/she defines and implements proper actions to address technical issues and is focused on standardization of activities. He/she supports the introduction of new products and collaborates with the Automation dept. to identify critical needs of the process to be addressed. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvides technical support, direction, and guidance on improvement of technology, processes, and equipment reliability to support capacity, capability, and improvements to deliver service and quality results. /li liProvides support in organizing and managing manufacturing workflows and resources. /li liPropose upgrade to systems and processes with new technology or materials. /li liManage the development of manufacturing and testing processes for new products introduction. /li liProvides technical support for day-to-day manufacturing and translates technical knowledge to functional groups and training requirements. /li liLeverages the use of lean tools and six sigma approach to improve overall machine performance. /li liGive support for new equipment characteristics definition, introduction and ramp up. /li liProvides guidance to support standardization of processes and materials across manufacturing shifts. /li liPartners with quality to develop quality control plans required to sustain operations and deliver product results. /li liApply problem solving techniques to drive continuous improvement on process and equipment. /li liDevelops and directs procedures and methods to ensure quality standards are met and maintained. /liliCollaborate with other departments, contractors and suppliers. /li liBoost standardization of processes with other Luxottica plants through benchmarks. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience (1-4 years) in project management role in manufacturing plants where processes are both automated and manual /li liGood knowledge of technological processes, for plastic and metal materials /li liMethod (lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools, problem solving) /li liKnowledge of production KPIs (direct work efficiency, OEE, extra consumption, finance elements) /li liProject Management (time management, stakeholder management) /li liTeam spirit acumen /li liGood communication skills /li liFlexibility and reliability /li liAbility to work independently and cross-functionality /li liMaster degree in Managerial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering /li liExcel Advanced /li /ul h3Salary Package /h3 ul liAnnual Gross Salary: 38.000 Eur – 40.000 Eur /li liComprehensive Benefits Package: ul liSupplementary Health insurance coverage /li liSupplementary Pension Plan /li liAccess to the EssilorLuxottica Corporate Welfare Catalog /li liFree Canteen /li liExclusive employee discounts on company products /li liCompany-provided laptop and mobile phone /li /ul /li /ul h3Recruiting process /h3 pOur recruitment process may vary; If you are selected, you will be contacted by our recruiters to guide you through the specific steps for your application. /p h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
