Process Engineer (M/W/D)

• Degree in mechanical/industrial or automotive engineering or comparable qualification
• Previous professional experience in product and process development in a production‑related environment
• Good knowledge of lean management, preferably Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt training
• Comprehension in the field of digitization in the production environment (Smart Factory)
• Organizational skills and process‑oriented thinking
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills (workshops, trainings, presentations etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and/or German as an advantage
