ph3Technical Lead(IAM AD)_2943 /h3 pAzienda : Allianz Tipo Lavoro : Full Time Italy /p h3Descrizione Lavoro - Technical Lead(IAM AD)_2943 /h3 pbJob Description – IAM L3 Expert /b /p pbOverall Objectives of Job: (If multiple sections, accord weightage to each section) /b /p pThe candidate would be responsible for technical deliveries, which include environment build, application deployment, server/application patching/release, server migrations, application upgrades, automation IT infrastructure support operations in the IAM Local team Infrastructure domain. /p pbDuties and Responsibilities /b /p ul liWork closely with project managers and technical teams for planned system upgrades, server roll out, application upgrades, changes, releases and run the business tasks. /li liProvide specialist assistance and input to various key technical projects /li liMaintenance and proactive monitoring of IAM Infrastructure across environments. /li liEnsure Implementation processes and procedures are developed, implemented and followed for various activities with respect to IAM Infrastructure Projects. /li liProper documentation of various implementation procedures for system and application upgrades before handing over the systems to the Operations team. /li liWork with the business and development teams to plan, manage and implement various changes in the pre-production Middleware Environment /li liExperience with interacting with customers, senior managers, and customers, to handle service inquiries and problems. /li liDevelop automation tools by writing/modifying scripts for deployment, maintenance and system monitoring. /li liPlan, document, review and maintain system administrations guidelines and policies. /li liExperience in backend solution, day to day system admin and monitoring, file system management and disk management and creation of shell scripts for the automation of tasks and the extraction of logs. /li liUpdate operations and maintenance documentation for 24/7/365 personnel. /li liSupport operations across multiple geographic locations. /li liDevelop solutions to complex technical issues. /li liProvide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for Root Cause analysis, engineering technical assessment and process improvement initiatives /li liResponsible for the upgrade and security patching of the product of the solutions he is responsible for. Including interfacing with the different parties to avoid application disruption. /li /ul pbQualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills /b /p ul liMaster’s Degree /li liPrior Experience in IAM management and windows Server environment /li liWorking in L3 Roles in a global delivery team model /li /ul pbKey Competencies /b /p pbTechnical (Must Have) /b /p ul liExpertise Microsoft Active Directory /li liExpertise ADFS /li liGlobal Identity and Access Management concept /li liStrong knowledge in IAM tools and application /li liStrong knowledge in Microsoft windows environment (servers and workstation) and infrastructure topics, GPO, LDAP /li liPowershell /li liAbility to troubleshoot third party applications /li liAssists others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommends smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions /li liProvides deep specialist consultancy, guidance and support in their specific specialism.
