Clinical Research Associate II position at a large contract research organization focused on sponsor-dedicated clinical trial monitoring. The role involves site management, protocol compliance oversight, and data quality assurance across multiple therapeutic studies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trials
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to support study execution
- Review clinical data and resolve data queries to maintain quality standards
- Prepare and review study documentation including protocols and clinical reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as Clinical Research Associate
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
Compensation: €40,944.00-€51,180.00
