ph3Job Description /h3 pLead and develop a high-performing Embedded Software team, driving the design and delivery of innovative Linux-based embedded solutions for next-generation products. Ensure technical excellence through sound architectural decisions, high software quality standards, and effective execution, while fostering team growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Contribute directly to the development of embedded systems, balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement /li liDrive technical strategy and architectural decisions for Linux-based embedded platforms /li liPlan and coordinate development activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards /li liContribute hands-on to design, development, and debugging of complex embedded software /li liEnsure best practices in coding, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, system engineering, QA, product management) /li liManage technical risks, support problem resolution, and drive root cause analysis /li liMonitor and improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pEducation: Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Electronics /p pLanguages: Italian,English fluent /p pExperience: Solid experience working in Linux environments; Experience inleadingsoftware development team. /p h3Technical Requirements /h3 ul liStrong experience in embedded software development (5+ years) /li liStrong knowledge of Linux embedded systems: Linux kernel, drivers, and system internals /li liStrong programming skills in C/C++ /li liSolid experience in Yocto, Buildroot, or similar build systems /li liExperience with debugging tools (gdb, strace, perf, etc.) /li liFamiliarity with hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet) /li liExperience with Git and modern development workflows (CI/CD) /li liGood understanding of performance optimization and resource constraints /li /ul h3Leadership Soft skills /h3 ul liProven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and coaching /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to balance technical depth and delivery focus /li liStructured mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities /liliProactive attitude and ownership mindset /li liAbility to work in a cross-functional, international environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
