Private Client Relations Manager

As Private Client Relations Manager in Milan, you will support the Global Head of Private Client Relations to execute strategy and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work with global and regional teams to reflect the brand identity in programs that drive client retention, upgrading, and HNWI recruitment. You will coordinate high-end events, exclusive experiences, and partnerships, ensuring flawless delivery and a premium guest journey. This role combines operations, cross-functional collaboration, and a client-centric mindset to elevate ZEGNA’s luxury experience. You’ll operate in a cultured, multilingual environment and have a clear impact on growth and brand resonance.

• Support client selection processes and development of client programs for events (Villa Zegna, Milan Fashion Shows)
• Coordinate development and execution of exclusive experiences aligned with brand identity
• Assist in managing partnerships with the aim of recruiting HNWI and creating unique guest experiences
• Oversee the gifting strategy delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional and international collaboration to ensure flawless guest journeys

• 5–8 years’ experience in luxury client engagement or client relations
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional and international teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Client-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
