Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales for Villa Igiea in Palermo. The role leads sales strategy across two properties, balancing revenue growth with strategic partnerships and long-term market positioning.
A dynamic leader will manage senior stakeholders and develop high-performing teams to drive performance. The ideal candidate has senior sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality, 5+ years in the North American market, and fluency in English and Italian.
