Join our global Finance team and play a key role in driving financial transparency, profitability, and performance across an international and rapidly evolving organization. /ppAs a Global Finance Business Controller, you will partner with business leaders worldwide, providing financial analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making, optimize performance, and contribute to sustainable growth. /ph3In This Role, You Will /h3ulliPartner with Finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely financial reporting /liliSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities across global operations /liliAnalyze financial performance, including PL, Balance Sheet, cash flow, revenues, costs, and profitability /liliProvide valuable insights into business drivers, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities /liliSupport revenue recognition activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies /liliMonitor inventory performance, stock valuations, and provisions, helping drive operational efficiency /liliInvestigate financial variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions /liliPrepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior stakeholders /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools, and financial governance /li /ulh3We are seeking a proactive and analytical finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset.
