Senior Backend Developer- AI & Process Automation RIF# 98312

Per tech startup in forte crescita, attiva nel mondo e-commerce / marketplace B2C, ricerchiamo una figura di Senior Backend Developer – AI & Process Automation . All'interno del team Back-end Engineering, avrà un ruolo centrale nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di soluzioni intelligenti e scalabili, con un focus primario su AI & Process Automation e architetture cloud-native. Lavorerà su workflow complessi, pipeline dati e integrazioni avanzate, contribuendo attivamente alla trasformazione tecnologica dell'azienda verso un modello sempre più data-driven e AI-first.
- Progettare e sviluppare workflow di AI & Process Automation , integrando agenti intelligenti in contesti produttivi reali
- Individuare opportunità di automazione e tradurle in architetture tecniche scalabili
- Lavorare su pipeline dati e architetture cloud-native, ottimizzando i flussi di elaborazione
- Sviluppare componenti core di back-end e API di prodotto
- Gestire e far evolvere l'infrastruttura tramite approcci Infrastructure as Code
- Garantire code quality e promuovere best practice in un contesto collaborativo
Non cerchiamo esperti di uno stack specifico: cerchiamo persone appassionate di tecnologia, curiose per natura e a proprio agio nel lavorare trasversalmente su linguaggi e ambienti diversi.
- Solida esperienza nello sviluppo back-end su stack diversificati
- Esperienza su ambienti cloud ( AWS o equivalenti ) e architetture cloud-native
- Familiarità con data pipeline e gestione di grandi volumi di dati
- Esperienza su AI applicata , process automation e agenti intelligenti
- Conoscenza di Infrastructure as Code
- Autonomia, proattività e forte senso di ownership
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Modalità di lavoro : Ibrida
- Tipologia contrattuale : apertura sia a profili dipendenti sia freelance (prevista flessibilità economica per liberi professionisti)
