How we work (and the kind of person we're looking for)

We're looking for people who are autonomous and organized, able to take real ownership of their work.

At Outmatic, communication is direct and transparent: technical decisions are explained, discussed, and improved collaboratively. We prefer people who bring solutions and well-framed questions, rather than problems left hanging.
