In this role you support the Engineering leadership to oversee hotel and building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems. You will lead a maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards while driving guest satisfaction and safety. You’ll contribute to pre‑opening activities and collaborate with contractors, procurement, and safety initiatives. - Lead and supervise maintenance staff, including training and evaluating performance
- Oversee work order system execution and follow‑up to maintain operational efficiency
- Prepare requisitions and coordinate with Purchasing to meet needs
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and policies for asset longevity
- Manage stock and tools inventory and resource distribution
- Support Safety Committee to maintain a safe work environment
- Contribute to energy conservation program to support budget and sustainability goals
- Coordinate with hotel contractors for 24‑hour emergency services
- Assist with maintenance and inspection of firefighting equipment and emergency procedures
- Attend required meetings and handle other duties as assigned
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in a related position (luxury hotel preferred)
- Strong computer and math skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, PCC, contract software, and ACT!
- English language proficiency (read/write/speak)
- Ability to work on a 24/7 schedule and travel occasionally
