Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. /p pThe Operations Team Leader is responsible for effectively managing production and packaging operators within the shift and developing collaborative partnerships with colleagues. Delivering the agreed to business and plant results while maintaining positive employee relations. The primary accountabilities of the role include daily production schedule adherence, quality, EHS, logistics, production financial performance, labor relations , people and team development. The Operations Team Leader has to be an effective and valuable member of the production team, to ensure delivery of plant business results. The Operations Team Leader works within a structure that requires considerable interaction with his reports as well as with the other functions. Guides and empowers teams in the implementation of the plant strategy and FPR initiative. /p h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage daily production and packaging operations to meet business and plant results. /li liEnsure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, EHS (Environment, Health Safety), logistics, and financial performance. /li liDevelop and empower teams through training, coaching, and delegation. /li liImplement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., FPR programs). /li liManage absenteeism and performance issues in collaboration with HR. /li liOversee compliance with staffing, scheduling, and training policies. /li liIdentify and implement cost reduction and margin improvement programs. /li liCommunicate and execute local supply chain strategies. /li liEnsure compliance with company, local, and governmental EHS, Quality, and Regulatory guidelines. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liEducation: Engineer degree or similar field degree. /li liExperience: 2-5 years in production. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liManaging production, materials, and services /li liContinuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing /li liEHS and quality management /li liSupply chain systems and analysis /li liBusiness and financial understanding /li /ul h3Our Commitment to Inclusion /h3 pOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
