Responsibilities

• Enter and manage technical specifications and essential product information on a daily basis
• Maintain an up‑to‑date product catalog, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in product details and features
• Collaborate with copy editors to keep product details aligned with the company’s tone of voice and legal guidelines
• Cooperate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the accuracy of product details
• Organise and maintain resources for the Team Copy, ensuring they are easily accessible and up‑to‑date
• Stay informed about product trends to recommend adjustments and new features that improve SEO, sales performance, and enrich the customer experience
• Ensure clothing racks and trolleys remain organised

Qualifications

• Fashion competence and knowledge of luxury brands, products, textiles, and industry standards and best practices
• Excellent time management, organisational skills, and keen attention to detail, ensuring the utmost accuracy in product information
• Proactive and analytical thinker, always seeking opportunities for improvement, optimisation, and efficient workflows
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills to collaborate effectively and address product listing challenges
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Familiar with digital organising tools, MS Office, and CMS systems; comfortable working in digital environments
• Education or experience in journalism, creative writing, translation, literature, or fashion‑related fields
