For more information, please visit Anb IT Service Engineer (m/f/d) /b is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within an organization. They are tasked with troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, as well as configuring and deploying new hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperate the day to day IT Service Desk to our employees through emails and online ticketing system. /li liMonitors and track incidents, service requests in IT ticketing system. Responsible for dispatching and escalating tickets to next support level, as per the internal guidelines. /li liMonitors continously and forward movement of end-user issues until they are resolved. /li liManage and operate the installation/delivery of all End User Device including Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Phones, Printers and Mobile device. /li liResponsible for all PC health status; ensure all computers are properly patched and virus protected. /li liProvide assistance to users regardless of their geographical location. /li liPerforms any other IT related duties including on-demand project. /li liManage telecommunication system and cabling system. Work with external vendor to ensure smooth operations and SLA are met. /li liPrepare and participate in disaster recovery and unscheduled shutdown drills /li liPrepare report as request by management. /li liAdditional duties may be assigned within the Service Desk area of responsibility /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liIdeally completed studies in the field of computer science/business informatics or comparable IT education /li liIdeally already existing ITIL foundation certification /li liPractical experience in IT helpdesk /li liPractical experience in the administration of end user devices (hardware software) /li liGood understanding of processes and basic knowledge of business administration /li liHigh willingness to actively shape change and take responsibility /li liStrong passion to engage with new technologies and trends /li liExcellent communication skills /li liIndependent, analytical, and structured way of working /li liVery good written and spoken English (min.
